I'm saying that if client doesn't support "theme" format, code shouldn't load 
this theme. ( simple not avilable on this client )

In fact if you plan make "theme" in png that this thile will be avilable on all 
client that support this format. When some want use this thiles in client that 
don't support png he should do conversion manualy or you make secound "theme" 
in his format.

I want say that xaw client hasn't to have png support when are avilable thiles 
based on xpm.
