The only way the AI will end up in friendly diplomatic relations to a
player is if that player was played by a human first, who then agreed to
those treaties. If you don't trust your co-players, don't agree to such
treaties, or at least drop them when you leave your AI to run you empire
while you are gone!

I don't want to add hacks to this mess. I would rather spend time working
on real diplomacy.
