Think AI should declare war after something like unit or citybribing. Or
it should do the same back. But buying cities with dipls from a
nondiplkilling AI is to easy.

Nur weil das Aufzeichnen, Kopieren und Schnüffeln bei elektronischem 
Datenverkehr leichter als bei der klassischen Post ist, darf man es nicht
einfach tun.
