As you can see in http://www.stud.uni-karlsruhe.de/~ue80/error-1922.gz
(playername pille) when you invade the capital (Zimbabwe) and looking at
the Intelligence report the same round the new capital isn't shown. One
turn later the name of the capital is shown.

Nur weil das Aufzeichnen, Kopieren und Schnüffeln bei elektronischem 
Datenverkehr leichter als bei der klassischen Post ist, darf man es nicht
einfach tun.
