Yes, it appears the web site is moderately slashdotted.

And now I get this:

[jdorje@localhost freeciv]$ cvs up
   [...normal CVS output...]
cvs [server aborted]: cannot write CVS/,,ChangeLog-1: No space left on 
device
Which looks a bit scary.  Anyone else having problems, or know what this 
means?  The problem does not appear to be local, although whether CVS is 
giving an accurate error report is anyone's guess.
