When this is added, it will be better to store in savegames the number of turns
played plus the formula computing the current year from it.  Otherwise savegames
will be less valuable for analysis purposes.  I know there are also certain
variables that depend on the current year, e.g. onsetbarbs uses a year; it would
be worthwhile to document them in one place.
