This bugs annoys a little since a couple of weeks.

When you select a set of cities in (F1), by clicking on 
one city, holding <Shift>, clicking another one, you get
often, but not always, the following misbehaviour:

The popup menu of the [Change ...] button has all entries
greyed, except the last one ([Change all...]), so that you 
cannot actually do the wanted change.

There is a workaround: deselect the cities and give it another
try... eventually you succeed.

Reproducible: In most cases, if you have the city report opened
freshly, the first try fails...

This is one of the bugs you'll never get fixed when you find
it in a windoze software :(
