I removed the <span> and <i> tags from the string. The <b> (Bold)
tags must be left in place because only a translator knows which
piece of the message he wants to emphasize (if at all).

If you don't think the bold tag on a piece of the substring helps
making the request more explicit, don't use it.

Is this satisfactory?
