        Strictly speaking, I have 3 concerns about map generation.
        1) That a map is generated.
        2) The KISS Principle.  I am definitely going to oppose any map
generator that requires thousands of tiny tweakable bits.
        3) All terrain types and map features from PayCiv-line games
should eventually be supported.  (SMAC's explicit height, etc.)  Map
generators which are submitted with compiled documentation showing the
requirement genealogy get bonus points.

        It's really an uninteresting issue to me.  I play Single Large
Continent, Millions of Tiny Islands, Martian Desert, etc as they are
handed to me.
