Subject: [Freeciv-Dev] check alternative names for gtk-config so we can find GTK+ more often (PR#1223)

On FreeBSD, gtk-cnfig is called gtk12-config. Freeciv doesn't find it.

A patch to make Freeciv recognise this was applied to CVS in January
(see

  http://arch.freeciv.org/freeciv-dev-200111/msg00080.html

) but Per's introduction of autogen.sh (which is great) seems to have
undone it.

The patch proposed here solves the problem, unless --with-gtk-prefix
or --with-gtk-exec-prefix are used. I don't have time to improve it
now, so I propose the attached patch is included into the release.

With it, Freeciv will compile from source on FreeBSD.
