Well, these are three bugs:

AI nation has Great Library, and researches electricity,
even if no one else has it, and even if there are valueable
other techs (industrialization) to research.

The wonder obsolenscence (now I have looked up this word
I can write it twice) is indicated 1 round too late, in
the wonder report.

There is no message at all about it, (yes, you know, the o.)
even if the message option for it is set in the client, at least
in the chat window.
