Hi,
I' ve uploaded new Polish translation.
The old one is really old and doesn't use plurals.

I managed to contact Tomasz Wegrzanowski. (his new e-mail is 
taw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
That's what he asked me to paste here:

Because of serious lack time, I can't work on Polish localization of
freeciv any more. Please appoint some other volunteer (Mateusz Stefek
or some other person) as "official translator".
