I like this a lot.  I tend not ever to use `autosettlers' because they
never do it `right' IMNSHO, but this would be very cool.  I have a
tendency to get impatient with settlers when I'm fighting a war overseas, for
example -- this would keep things going while I focus on defeating the
enemy.
