This is just a bounce notification from somebody's mailbox. While it will be exceptionally annoying to see it every time somebody posts a patch (how come that happens? what can be done to stop it?), it's not hurting the patch otherwise.

(It looks like the freeciv-dev-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxx address is where such a bounce should be/is going. Such mail should not be redirected to freeciv-dev, IMO.)

Ok, this should be as simple as it gets?
Included a hires_shields.tileset file using this feature but I think it
works better with the civ2gfx tileset and that's what I made this for...
