Attached to this mail is a .tar.gz file containing
the files for my Hobbit and Elven nation. I still have to edit some values in
the Hobbit file (technologies, delete 2 cities, etc.), but I think tyhe two
nations are quite good. I don't have time enough to add a readme-file, so just
open the .ruleset files. Allmost everything is commented :-)
The XPMs are the whole images because I didn't have
the time to figure out how I had to use paletfiles.
Please note that I had to comment out a nation to
let the Elves work (else that would be nation 63 of maximum 62
nations).
