Hello there,
attached is a patch for a new server variable "rapturedelay".
It simply sets the number of turns a city has to celebrate
before it grows by rapture. Instead of every turn (as before)
it will grow every n-th turn, where n is the value of
rapturedelay.
Default is 1 for traditional reasons.
rapturedelay 2 is quite healthy for game balance.
