Idea/suggestion
        Improve Client Worklist Functionality

Description
        o  Allow worklists to be saved from session to session

        o  Change worklists functionality so changes in worklists will be
           propagated to cities in which the worklist has been used.  If
           an improvement is added to the worklist all cities that use the
           worklist would also get the improvement.
