Hello again,

latest teamciv version balanced the triremes a little and
teached diplomats about veteran system. It also contains
the new player report. A screenshot of the report with the
trident_shields flags can be found at

PS: Vasco asked once about the croped report headers ... you
    want a patch for the original freeciv ? If so, I would
