Hi,

On the binary downloads page on freeciv.org

http://www.freeciv.org/download.phtml

There is a listing for a Windows 1.12.0 binary.
However, the filename the link points to is freeciv-1.11.12-gtk-win-1.zip, and the code does not appear to be 1.12.0.
