   Rather than continually having to set FREECIV_PATH, either at the
command prompt or in .profile/.bashrc/whatever, why not have a
.civserverrc file in $HOME or $HOME/.freeciv?  It would minimize the
number of environment variables we need to set, and make the game slightly
more windows-friendly.  Post-1.12.0, of course.
