[Freeciv-Dev] working version of SK localisation

Hello!

I have tried to make the Slovak localisation for Freeciv. At the moment,
most of the things related to the actual game are working satisfactorily.
However, I didn't have the gutts (yet) to translate all the Help entries.
Do you think I could make the sk.po file available as something like
version 0.1 or should I work harder on the help stuff first?
