Hi,

I would very like to see PR#771 fixed. But I fear it
is too hard to do for now.

But at least it should be named as a known bug on the
website like this:

"If you exchange cities with other players, the list of
 cities sometimes is too long to fit on the screen. As a 
 workaround, you can rename the city to give away to "AAA"
 and then exchange it."
