Here is an example for current CVS where the cancel doesn't
work. Savegame is here:

http://www.enter.de/~c.knoke/bugs/patrol.sav.gz

Login with two clients both as Stefan Supljikac and
as Luis Taruc. Start the game, press return in both
clients and watch the ships southwest of Uitenhage.
