[Freeciv-Dev] server/cityturn.c - gamelog for units built (PR#810)

The gamelog when units are completed is only being entered *after* the
worklist had been changed, which meant that the log message would in fact
say "<somebody> build <something> in <somewhere> (<xx>, <yy>)", where something
was the unit that they had just *started* building, rather then what had just
been compelted... This leads to paticularly interesting results when the next
thing in the build queue was not a unit ;-p
I'll even remember to attach the patch this time ;-p
And the obligatory details:
Debian GNU/Linux 2.2r3
freeciv-1.11.5-devel 2001-06-22 (depending on your timezone :P)
gtk+ client
personal details as in sig
