Hi,

New version of citydialog patch is out.

Changes:

  * Arrow buttons (next/prev city)
  * Supported unit list on "city"-tab
  * With big cities, dialog can occasionally enlarge itself too much
    (Happiness display) - fixed
  * CMA page removed (temporarily)
  * // -> /* */, removed some obsolete comments & commented code
