Since I noticed a certain discussion concerning appropriate city names and coastal or river areas, it brought to mind a minor irritant I noticed in all Civ games - that one can build the Lighthouse Wonder 
anywhere - in the middle of a desert 32 squares from any shore if one wants!
Would you consider imposing as a condition that the Lighthouse be built only in a coastal city? 
It seems a fair condition to me.
