Hi, 

Changes in catalan.ruleset:
 
- NOT changed male form of leader of fundamentalism from Arquebisbe to Gran
Inquisidor (which was objected)
- corrected spelling and accenture of several cities
- added further cities

Could you please apply that patch to the CVS? Thanks.
