[Freeciv-Dev] Error while adding new language

Hi,

I'm trying to add Esperanto to Freeciv, but while following
the steps on the website I receive the following error:

step 10.Make the pl.gmo file: 
     $ make pl.gmo

> make pl.gmo
> file=./`echo pl | sed 's,.*/,,'`.gmo \
  && rm -f $file && PATH=../src:$PATH no -o $file pl.po
/bin/sh: no: command not found
make: *** [pl.gmo] Error 127 

or 

> make eo.gmo
> file=./`echo eo | sed 's,.*/,,'`.gmo \
  && rm -f $file && PATH=../src:$PATH no -o $file eo.po
/bin/sh: no: command not found
make: *** [eo.gmo] Error 127   

Any hint what's missing?
