Hi!

I found the following small inaccuracies in freeciv:

- when you get the message that one of your citities needs an aqueduct to
  grow further you get the message that it will grow to 9 the next turn
  as well. This is superfluous and annoying.

- when you start to build a space ship, you get an indication of the
  travel time even if you have not built a single engine. This does not
  make sense.

- the travel lenght is indicated as "xy years", i.e. it is not i18ned.
