You may call me imperialistic squasher of foreign cultures, but... I
have the habit of renaming the cities I conquer to names that are
consistent with the nation I'm playing (for example, when I was playing
the Spanish in my last campaign, I conquered London and immediately
renamed it to Soria; Birmingham became Mahón, York became Lérida,
Cambridge became Jaén, etcetera).

It would be nice if the civclient had an aditional option in the Local
Settings menu - if not set, conquered cities keep their names. If set, a
dialog appears asking you for a new name (with the default option being
the next name in the cities list that the respective ruleset provides),
and two buttons: "Rename" and "Keep old name".
