I have also noticed that sometimes when you sentry a unit inside a port city to board a ship, and then move the ship out to sea later during the same turn, the unit is not picked up. Has anyone else seen the same problem?

That was reproducible...
While reading the code I also noticed that you could fortify when in a
transport. Disallowed now.

This also looks like PR#616
