BTW the windows version 1.11.4 is not yet in the download section.
If you want to try it now, you can download it from
ftp://ftp.freeciv.org/pub/freeciv/incoming/freeciv-1.11.4-win.zip
The bug you mentioned is fixed and the server still listens to the
client while entering a line in the server window. You can also use
the metaserver now.
The only thing missing is i18n and the memory leak is still present
(It's probably a bug in gtk).
