There's one more in freeciv_hackers_guide.txt Also, there's a "dependensy"
(should be "dependency") in the create_vision_dependencies() routine.
Also, there seems to be a problem with sending the initial batch of
visibility (just when the treaty is accepted). None of the now visible
*units* show up.
Finally, there's a crashing bug in either this patch or the goto/patrol
patch. See next message.
