In the select nation dialog that appears in all clients when the server has
recieved the command 'start', the gtk client doesn't respond to the return key
in the way it should. It should have the same effect as pressing the OK
button.button.

In the xaw client this works fine. This is the only aspect I know about where
the xaw client has a more convenient user interface.
