[Freeciv-Dev] 'Report' menu

Hi,

I have examined the 'Reports' menu and found the following. The item
called 'Military Report' seems to be missnamed. It brings up a window
showing info about units (not just military units, but all units). Thus
the menu item should be called 'Units'.

Then I have seen that half of the items end with the word 'Report'. This
seems silly since they are int the 'Reports' menu. I suggest removal of
that word in the menu item names. I recall that something similar was
corrected in the 'Help' menu a while ago, so why souldn't it be done to
the 'Reports' menu as well?

At the same time we change this, we should make sure that every menu
item as a keyboard shortcut.

Any objections?
