Dear Freeciv Creators,

I have one problem with Metaservers: if all are full, an automatic
free Metaserver should be started <instantly> but it is not started.

Sorry to bother. If you answer, you should know that I'll be on leave for 
the next 10-12 days so I'll re-answer later.
