Greetings!

It is possible to airlift ships (tried AEGIS cruiser and aircraft 
carrier) from one city with an airport to another one with airport. 
I am not sure this is a bug, but it looks suspicious.

I tried this with version 1.11.4 windows binary with X-Server.
