[Freeciv-Dev] 4 new nations

Hi!

Ivan kosak <ivan.kosak@xxxxxxxxx> has sent me four new
nations and the trident graphics for them...Since I've
no xpm creation tool, i cannot convert them to this
format. I attached all files.

The first flag in the gfxfile is the croatian, then
the zznici then the slovenian and the most right one
if the serbian flag.
