[Freeciv-Dev] Little corrections for italian.ruleset

In the list of italian cities in

data/nation/italian.ruleset

there are two spelling mistakes. The correct form is "Grosseto"
and not "Grossetto"; moreover, as pointed out in the message

the right name is "Venezia" and not "Venizia".

Moreover, two of the four leaders in the ruleset are reported with only
their surnames. The complete names are "Giuseppe Garibaldi" and "Giuseppe
Mazzini".
