[Freeciv-Dev] Two minor remarks

Hi,

1.
In Pregame, the local options and local message options in
game menu of the client aren't visible. Maybe there is a reason
for, but it would be nicer if these options could be modified
before game starts.

2.
When a nation dies, an the whole map is revealed,
the cities in the small map, which are sentried,
are not red, but blue.
