Aha!  I *knew* I'd read something like that in there, but it's not included
in the special attack cases outlined on pages 106-107, so I'd started to
think I'd dreamed it or something.  Thanks :)

I still think the ideal would be to somehow put these special exceptions in
units.ruleset, rather than coding for them explicitly, but I guess that can
be a long-term project :)
