[Freeciv-Dev] problems (PR#382)

I don't know whats going on I load my xserver
(x-win32)
load civserver and that seems too work but whenever I
load the civ client the screen looks and stays like
this.

C:\program files\freeciv>set FREECIV_DATADIR=.\data

C:\program files\freeciv>set DISPLAY=:0

C:\program files\freeciv>set HOME=.

C:\program files\freeciv>if exist postrun.txt goto
start

C:\program files\freeciv>civclient
xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
xlib: client is not authorized to connect to server

Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: :0
C:\program files\freeciv>


then the program finishes it would be much appreciated
if you could help me fix this
