A little cleanup of the (previously) very ugly do_paradrop function. Now
it does not always return 0. :)
I also renamed can_unit_paradropped() to can_unit_paradrop().
While I was testing I notices that the cursor was not updated if the
paradrop failed (fx if you tried to drop into water). I added calls to do
this both for paradrop and things like goto (I had noted a little
intermediate trouble with the goto cursor, and the call can't hurt)
