In what way?  If you specify --with-xaw3d, then --enable-client=xaw is
assumed unless you explicitly specify something different.

We could add --with-xaw that would also assume --enable-client=xaw, unless
otherwise specified.

We could also add fatal errors if the caller specified --with-xaw[3d] and
at the same time specified an --enable-client= other than xaw (or yes).
