Actually, you should have, and it worked correctly for PR#308,
but JitterBug does not properly handle cases where the subject
line is split over multiple lines, as some mailers do when the
subject line is long.
But in general it seems most people _don't_ CC to the bug tracking
system when it would be appropriate, so the "system" is obviously
not working very well :-(
