The --with-xaw option has disappeared from ./configure;
--disable-gtk doesn't exist, either.

At the moment, I don't know how to tell ./configure
to build a Xaw client at all; temporarily removing the GTK+ libs
would probably help, but I'm not prepared to do that.

All I can do is ./configure --with-xaw3d, but I prefer plain Xaw,
and Xaw3d doesn't exist on some of the systems I use.
