First of all, worklists are a great thing. But I noticed a difference
between a previous cvs and the beta version:
- all not yet available improvements are postponed and no longer purged
This is good, but it also applies to already built stuff.
So it could happen, that I have already a library in one city and as soon as
it appears on the worklist it is postponed and not purged as it should be.
