[Freeciv-Dev] PATCH: double-click actions in GTK+ client

  Hi.  The attached patch fixes two inconveniences I've noticed, by causing the
city report and change of production dialogs to both respond in logical ways to
double-clicking (the city report will pop up the related city dialog, and the
production dialog will select the item clicked on)
