[Freeciv-Dev] Obsolete notification for wonders

We played a rather large game last night, and I got a bit surprised when
I lost my crusader in a battle vs a phalanx. I then realized that my sun
tzu had expired, due to someone researching automobile(?).
AFAIK, civ2 warned you when your wonder became obsolete, but I might
have missed it yesterday.
