That is really what wonders are..... That would also give players an
unfair advantage if they happened to get it. Huts are already random
enough... Barbarians ahhhhhhh =)

Although.... Nobody has made a Relativity wonder. There an idea =)
It would make all cities stop researching... they'd be to busy pondering
blackholes =)
